ASAP! Hudson Valley is super popular for fall leaf-peeping, so hotel rooms book up quick and prices can skyrocket. But we promise the foliage is worth it! We've set aside three different hotel room blocks for you to choose from (see the "Hotels & Travel" tab for more details). Please book before September 2023 to receive the block rate.

Yes! We will be providing shuttle service to and from the wedding, but this will only be available for guests staying at the hotels. We unfortunately cannot accommodate guests staying outside of the room blocks.
You can try, but please note that these services are *very* limited in this area. If you plan on drinking, we recommend the shuttle.
Yes! If you choose to drive, there is plenty of space for you to park. Plus, if you end up drinking too much, you can leave your car there overnight.
Unfortunately, no. While we love your kiddos, this will be an adult-only affair. Parents night out?!
This is a dog-friendly venue and we're trying our best to squeeze Dewey into a tux and get him to stop barking long enough to walk down the aisle... but other than that, no.

Yes! We will be hosting an afterparty at the on-site speakeasy right at City Winery Hudson Valley. Space is limited, so we will ask you to RSVP to this separately when we send out invitations.
