What Is the Welcome Cocktail Party?
Answer
The welcome cocktail party on Sunday is our way to say thanks for being here! While we are primarily hosting this event to give us an opportunity to spend more time with our out of town guests, the event is open to all wedding guests. Come and go as you are able, this is an unstructured, informal hang with some light snacks and drinks provided. There are a lot of additional food and drink options in the Charles River Speedway too, if you'd like more than what we have provided.

Where do we park on Sunday?
Answer
Sunday's Welcome Cocktail reception is being held at the Charles River Speedway, at the corner of Western Ave and Soldier's Field Rd. There are three options for parking: - The Speedway has a very small, tight parking lot, with the entrance on Western Ave. - We can also utilize Charles River Community Health center's much larger parking lot, with entrances on both Western Ave and the Soldier's Field Rd Eastbound on-ramp. - Free street parking is available in the area as well, since it's Sunday! Double check that signs say "Except Sunday" though - if it doesn't say it, it doesn't count, and you may be ticketed.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Branch Line is a restaurant with three gorgeous areas, all of which will be used during the wedding on Monday. The ceremony will take place outdoors in the garden if the weather is nice. There will be space heaters in the garden area, but it's November, so it could still be chilly. Make sure you bring a warm enough layer! We'll have coffee, tea, and snacks as soon as you arrive under a heated patio with vinyl sides. We'll return to this space after the ceremony for the cocktail hour.

What's the parking situation on Monday?
Answer
It's free and on-site! Branch Line has a large adjacent parking garage. Please respect the one-way signs when leaving the complex.

What is the After Party?
Answer
After the wedding, guests are invited to join us for an optional evening of fun and games at Jillian's Lucky Strike. It's a large bar complex with bowling, pool, arcade games, and more. It will be a choose-your-own adventure kind of evening, with a cash bar and unsubsidized fun. If that sounds like your speed, come join in! If not, no worries at all - we're so glad you came to celebrate with us, and we'll see you again soon!

How are we getting to the after-party?
Answer
We will not be providing transportation to the optional after-party at Jillian's Lucky Strike in Fenway. This location is a short drive from Watertown. We recommend carpooling together using your ride-share of choice (Uber, Lyft, etc.) as parking is limited and expensive in that area. Rides are plentiful in both directions. We apologize for this inconvenience, but hope it provides our guests flexibility in how they approach the evening.
