FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP as soon as you can so we can continue our planning process. However, the deadline is August 10th, 2026. If we haven't received your RSVP by the deadline, we will have to assume you won't be attending. Please refer to our RSVP page to respond. Simply type in your name and your own RSVP page will show up!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We're so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. As we're keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

For our special day, we have decided to keep our wedding adults-only, with the exception of our immediate family whose children are named on their formal invitation.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our guests in semiformal wedding attire! Please be mindful that this is an outdoor wedding; there will be uneven ground, and it will get chilly at night! With this in mind, dress in what makes you feel most comfortable. Please avoid shades of green and blue, as that is the color scheme for our wedding party, and we wish for them to stand out!

Question

Where can we stay?

Answer

Due to the fact that the wedding is taking place on the family farm, there is no room for guests to stay. That being said, there are hotel options in Fergus and Elora, but we are leaving it up to guests to book a room if they do not wish to go home. Thank you!

Question

What time should we arrive?

Answer

The ceremony is at 4:30. We recommend arriving between 4:00 and 4:20!

Question

Where can we find your registry?

Answer

Daniel and I have been given the chance to build our own home on the farm! Instead of a traditional registry, we are asking for cash donations to help this dream become a reality. Any amount is greatly appreciated, and we are so thankful to have this opportunity!
