The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm. We recommend you arrive by 4:30pm to ensure you are able to comfortably arrive on time.
We are requesting formal attire for our wedding. We ask that men wear a suit and tie, any color suit is great! For women, colorful floor-length dresses are encouraged however, a mid-length dress is also appropriate. Ladies, please note the ceremony will be held in a grassy area so consider this when choosing your heels.
Both our ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. The reception will be under a covered tent. If there is inclement weather, both the ceremony and reception will take place under the tent. There will be open tables, seating, and restrooms (with A/C) inside.
A shuttle will be provided on the day of the wedding to transport guests from the hotel to the venue. Pick-up from the hotel will be at 4:00 PM, so please be ready and on time! After the ceremony, starting at 9:00 PM, a return shuttle will be available to take guests back to The Renaissance. Pick-up for the return trip will be in front of The French House.
Yes, a parking lot is available for all guests in front of The French House.
We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding initiation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.
We have decided to celebrate with adults only. Thanks for understanding!
