FAQs

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we adore little ones, due to capacity limits Saturday's Ceremony and Reception is an adults-only affair (if you are breastfeeding still please reach out closer to the time to discuss logistics- we will of course make this work but it will be 'babies in arms'). BUT don’t worry—kids are welcome to join in on the sunset drinks on Friday and the recovery party on Sunday! 🌅👶 We will provide a list of babysitters available locally closer to the date.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Friday Welcome Drinks: Think Broome Alfresco vibes—light, breezy fabrics, linen and sandals/thongs . Keep it relaxed and stylish! Saturday: We’re going Semi-Formal, but with a twist! Picture “Colours of the Kimberley”—vibrant hues and snazzy looks, but still cool and comfortable enough to feel amazing🌈✨ Fellas- this means long pants and a collared shirt but feel free to keep it open-collar if you don't feel like wearing a tie. Ladies- you will look amazing no matter what but you are welcome to wear dresses that considered cocktail or formal. We will be on grass for some of the Ceremony and then the Reception is cocktail style so we encourage you to bring a pair of flats (you can drop these at The Billi prior) or kick off your heels later if you feel like it.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

For Saturday's Ceremony, we’re keeping things a bit more intimate due to strict capacity limits, so please stick to the invite (see the front of your envelope for the invited guests or your RSVP on this website). Any partners or family are very welcome to join for the fun on Friday and Sunday! It’s all about celebrating together! 💃🕺

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels?

Answer

There will be chartered buses collecting you from key accommodation spots to take you to the Ceremony and then to the Reception (list of hotels/pick-up locations will be provided closer to the date). If possible, we encourage you to stay near The Billi Resort (see Accommodation & Travel tab) as there will not be transport home from the Reception-why not make it a short walk/stumble home from The Billi? There are Ubers in Broome and other means of transport though which we can provide further information on if required.

Question

Should we bring a gift?

Answer

We understand everyone has travelled to be in Broome for this occasion and some of you have had to come further than others, so, your presence may truly be our present and for this we are very thankful. If you would like to still get us something, there will be a wishing well at the Ceremony and if you are opposed to giving cash we understand and we will create a very small registry in early 2026.
