What is the dress code?

Answer

"Nowhere to Wear It” The outfit you’ve been saving for the right moment, no matter what that looks like. Come glamorous, dramatic, sparkly, whimsical, delightfully over-the-top… or lean the other direction entirely with matching pajamas, a playful costume, vintage flair, a wild jacket, or something wonderfully unexpected. And if you don’t have a full outfit that fits the theme, no worries at all! a fun hat, bold tie, cool shoes, statement jewelry, great boots, or any little accessory that makes you smile is perfect too. If you’ve ever thought, “I have nowhere to wear this,” this is officially the place.

What is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

May 6th is the deadline. We need to have all numbers and meals submitted to the Hilton team at this time. Hilton is strict on this deadline and because of that we can not accommodate late RSVPs. We will just have to catch you at the next wedding!

What should I do if I need to change my RSVP?

Please rescan your QR code on the back of your invitation or directly contact Cassie/Nate.

Yes, this is a family friendly event.

No, there is not shuttle provided from the airport to the hotel or to The Strip.

Is there parking at the hotel?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of self parking that is free at the hotel. There is also a valet option as well.

What is the theme of the wedding?

Answer

The theme of the wedding decor is celestial/night sky.

Will there be an open bar, cash bar, or drink tickets?

Answer

This will be an open bar event with multiple options for both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks.

Will there be assigned seating/Can I choose where I sit.

Answer

There will be assigned tables as food service will be a plated service. Where you sit a the table is up to you as long as you sit with your name card that will also indicate your meal selection to the servers.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible/Are there stairs or a lot of walking?

Answer

Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible. No there will not be a lot of walking. There is a short 3 minute walk between the ceremony and reception. The route between these two locations has both stairs and elevator options.

Where should I bring cards or gifts at the wedding or should it be shipped directly?

Answer

We will have a "Welcome Table" where you may place these. If you don't wish to bring it with you please have items shipped to Cassie or Nate.
