Question

What's the dress code?

Answer

Think elegant western wedding, boots, cowboy boots, western style dresses. Avoid wearing open toe shoes as the dance floor and walkways are made of little stones. Weather can be slightly unpredictable, could be warm and in the 80's or could be cold in the 60's. The only colors we ask that you avoid are Sea Glass, White, and English Rose.

Can we bring outside alcohol?

Answer

There will be a limited supply of wine and beer at the rehearsal dinner, however, we ask that the ceremony and reception be kept alcohol free.

How much can we hangout at the house?

Answer

Access to the Airbnb will be restricted Saturday between 11am-3:30pm to allow the wedding party time to prepare. The Airbnb will be open Thursday at 3pm and Friday all day for wedding setup & fun. Weather permitting, the Airbnb does have a swimming pool, kayaks, and walking trails!

What food will be provided?

Answer

We will have lunch and dinner foods for those who are coming to help set up on Friday. Thursday dinner will be on your own, BYOD (bring your own dinner). The rehearsal dinner will be a BBQ, cooked by our very own personal chef Kaleb Sloan. The wedding dinner will be fresh made wood fired pizzas with salads and desserts. There will be gluten free pizza, cake, & appetizers. Please let us know if there are any other allergies or restrictions!

Since this is a micro wedding, only the people who pull up for your party have seats. If you have questions please reach out!

Your presence at our special day is the greatest gift we could ask for, so please don’t feel obligated. For those wanting to do gifts there is a link on the website to Amazon. Feel free to bring them with you, or ship them to mom and dads (212 Creston st Hutto TX 78634).

What time do we need to arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony will start around 4:30pm, feel free to start arriving at 4pm.
