What should I wear?

Answer

We encourage all attendees to wear business causal. Please keep in mind that the ceremony will be held outside, weather permitting.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The plan is to have the ceremony outdoors with the reception inside. In case of bad weather, the ceremony will be held indoors.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

The venue has a spacious parking lot for up to 160+ vehicles. You may also leave your car in the parking lot overnight if needed.

Is there a shuttle running from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle is being planned to run from two of the hotels, The Hampton Inn and Suites Chippewa Falls and The Holiday Inn and Suites Eau Claire North. Shuttle Schedule: 3:15-Pick up from hotel to head to the other hotel to pick up 3:25-Pick up at hotel to head to venue 3:45-Drop off at LilyDale Dance Hall and Event Center 7:45- Pick up from venue and drop back off at the two hotels 9:45- Pick up from venue and drop back off at the two hotels 11:45- Pick up from venue and drop back off at the two hotels. This is the last shuttle back to the hotels.
