The Ohio State University
Tyler and Cassie both attended Ohio State and are huge Buckeye fans! Check out campus before students head back - the Oval, Thompson Library, The Shoe and the Union are some of our favorite spots!
Easton Town Center
A great spot for shopping, entertainment and food! Our first date was at Easton and we frequent it. Some of our favorites: - Del Mar (specifically their happy hour) - Bar Italia - Forbidden Root - Brio (our first date dinner) - Napa Kitchen - Jenis and Graeters (try them both - which is best is a Columbus debate!) - Pins for fun games and drinks
Fox in the Snow Cafe
One of our absolute favorite breakfast spots. Getting a pastry and breakfast sandwich to split is a Columbus must!
High Bank Distillery Co. Westerville
One of our favorite stops Uptown Westerville! We have had several date nights here and they have an incredible brunch !
Land-Grant Brewing Company
A fun (mostly) outdoor brewery near downtown Columbus. They have fun activities (pickleball courts and more), food trucks and space to hang out! They also support the Columbus Crew and host watch parties for games!
Arch City Tavern
Tyler's favorite restaurant and burger in Columbus!
Forno Kitchen + Bar
Go for happy hour - it is arguably the best happy hour in Columbus!
Bevelhymer Park
Our favorite pickleball spot! Tons of free courts to play.
Taylor Farm Park
A great park near the venue and hotel block. It has beautiful trails and a playground. We love going for walks here (and so does Winnie)!
Other Fun Things To Do
If you’re looking for other fun things to do - the Columbus Zoo is one of the best in the country, COSI has fun activities for kids, and there are a plethora of great farmers markets around (Westerville and Worthington are held Saturday mornings while New Albany is held Thursday evenings)!
