Yes! Our wedding weekend coincides with Summerfest, a major music festival in Milwaukee. The festival draws large crowds, and our venue is along one of the main routes to the event. This may impact traffic, availability of accommodations, and rideshare pricing. We completely understand if this affects your ability to attend and truly appreciate any extra effort it may take to be there with us.
Please arrive at The Cooperage by 3:45 PM at the latest, as the ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 PM.
Yes! We have booked a room block through the DoubleTree by Hilton, Milwaukee Downtown location - reservations can be made by following this link: https://www.hilton.com/en/attend-my-event/ostmeyer-bartlett-wedding/ discount code: OBW. We kindly ask that you only bring the guests listed on your invitation or included in your RSVP. As much as we’d love to celebrate with everyone, we’re keeping things intimate and won’t be able to accommodate additional guests or children. Thanks for understanding!
We love your little ones, but we’ve decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope you’re able to enjoy a night off and celebrate with us! Please reach out to either Cassie or Tara if you need babysitter recommendations!
Yes, though parking is limited. The Cooperage shares a parking lot with Boone & Crocket, a local bar. For any guests staying at the DoubleTree, we will be providing a shuttle, transporting guests to and from The Cooperage with pick up times at 3:15 PM and 3:30 PM, and drop off times at 9:00 PM or 9:30 PM. We recommend that guests not staying at the hotel rideshare to the location due to limited spaces, and traffic constraints related to Summerfest.
Yes! We're registered through Zola, please see the "registry" linked above.
We kindly ask that you put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony and join us in being fully present for this special moment. Don’t worry—we’ll have a professional photographer capturing everything!
Yes! We’d love for you to share your photos from the weekend using #TaraAndCass2026. It’s a fun way for us all to relive the memories—just please save the snapping for after the ceremony!
