Table Mountain Inn

The Table Mountain Inn will be our primary hotel block for the weekend. It not only embodies our love for the southwest, but it's located in the heart of Golden, which is one of our favorite towns right outside of Denver. There's plentiful of eateries, breweries and hikes/walks around. We'll provide a list of our favorite spots around the area as we get closer, but feel free to start exploring the area! ***Please note, we'll provide complementary shuttle service to/from our two main hotel blocks. We want to make sure all of our guests have a safe ride to and from as our venue is in the middle of the mountains with little-to-no reception for ride-share. More details will be provide upon check-in! There's a 24 hour cancellation policy at all times (with or without COVID-19), Please book your hotel accommodations early so we can ensure there are enough rooms in our block. Love you all!

Denver Marriott West

The Denver Marriott West is our secondary hotel block. It's located about 10 minutes from the main area of Golden and about 20 minutes from downtown Denver. This hotel would require renting a car if you are wanting to explore the area hikes, eateries, breweries, etc. There is a shuttle that will take you across the way to the Colorado-Mills mall area which provides multiple options for restaurants, shops. etc. ***Please note, we'll provide complementary shuttle service to/from our two main hotel blocks. We want to make sure all of our guests have a safe ride to and from as our venue is in the middle of the mountains with little-to-no reception for ride-share. Provided Shuttle to/from The Woodlands

September 25, 2020 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Hi friends and fam! We will be providing transportation to/from our hotel blocks to allow for safe travels. We highly recommend not driving and ride shares are nearly impossible to order home. You're more than welcome to take a ride share to the venue, but please plan accordingly as there are NOT Uber/Lyft available to come back. Please provide details on your RSVP so we can plan appropriately.

Kiddos

This will be a kids-free event! We love your kiddos and ask you to let us know if they'll be traveling to Denver with you. We're considering a childcare pending the number of little ones. We'll have shuttles starting at 2:30pm and going back to the hotels at 9pm. The venue is about 30 min from Golden and they're no ride-share options available FROM the venue back to the hotels. The only option would be to drive to/from. We also do not have a kids-friendly meal option. Please reach out to chat more if this is the only option in attending and we can chat through options!

Flight

Denver International Airport

DIA is in the middle of nowhere, however car rentals for adventures or the RTD lightrail transportation is super easy. Check out the RTD website for transportation. The A Line goes directly from the airport to Union Station.
