While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
The most important thing for us is that all of our guests are comfortable and confident in what they are wearing! But guidelines always make Cassie feel less stressed when she is a guest so here so here are some details that might help. The bridesmaids will be wearing long dresses and the groomsmen are wearing tuxes. The ceremony is at a Catholic church and the reception is in a historic ballroom. So ladies can wear long or cocktail length dresses and gentlemen can wear suits or tuxes if they are feeling fancy.
