FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 3:00 p.m. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.

Question

How should I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, go to the RSVP page on this website. Please submit your RSVP by March 26, 2026 so we can plan accordingly!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be limited parking available at both the church and Fluegel. Cars should not be left at St. Mary’s. There is limited parking in the lot at Fluegel and ample overflow parking across the street at the baseball stadium. Cars may be left overnight in the baseball stadium lot if needed.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged Ceremony" (No Phones or Cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. Before and after the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you'd like!

Question

What happens if I don’t RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not get an online RSVP back by March 26, 2026, it will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide total guest counts to the venue in a timely manner. Due to this we cannot accept late RSVP (This will mean you are not allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no seating available for you).

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we’d love to have everyone along to celebrate, there is a strict capacity limit at the venue. We respectfully request no children at the reception, allowing all of our guests to enjoy an adults-only evening. We appreciate you making prior arrangements.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The dress code is semi-formal/formal attire. We suggest cocktail dresses or gowns for women and suits (tie optional) for men. Please no jeans or denim and please avoid any shade of white or cream.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Question

Answer
