Cassie and McCabe met when they were just kids. Literally she was 6 years old and he was 12. If they only knew then that they were destined to be together, but atlas that's not how love stories go. Cassie grew up dancing her way through life. While McCabe moved away to pursue his goals. They would not come together again until they were in their thirties. This time things would be different, it was Christmas of 2016 and they were both at Debbie's annual Christmas Spectacular!! McCabe and Cassie had some fun, laughed and shared memories. As the night wound down they would say goodbye until the next year! Then one day needing a friend, McCabe messaged Cassie. This changed their lives forever! McCabe and Cassie began to talk like old friends, they shared stories of heart break, travels, ups and downs, and reminisced about the old days. It was during these long talks that their bond was built and grew into a blossoming relationship. They began traveling to see each other as often as they could. It was on one of these trips that Cassie introduced McCabe to Gracie. The true test had begun, the 8 year old little cutie questioned him about everything in his life. It would be easier to get a security clearance he thought. McCabe already loving Cassie, fell in love with the little detective Gracie. Gracie loved that her and her mom had a wild, care free life and she wasn’t real sure about this man that was disrupting all their plans. Gracie soon began to love McCabe like the father she never had. Fast forward a few years and together they had built a wonderful life. Now the only thing left to do to make this family complete was to get married. So on Christmas morning of 2020, with Gracie's blessing, a ring was hidden in the bottom of a stocking. McCabe on one knee asked Cassie to marry him. Shocked she said are you sure?? Everyone laughed, then she said yes! The couple is so blessed that God has brought them together to share eternal happiness and love after all these years.
