Yes, all of the restaurants have a dress code except for the World Cafe. For men, this typically means long pants and collared shirts, while women can opt for blouses, skirts, slacks, or dresses. However, some restaurants within the resort may have slightly different or more relaxed dress codes, so it's best to check with each specific restaurant or consult the resort's app for detailed information.

Definitely! Cancun offers tons of activities, including snorkeling, visiting ancient Mayan ruins, or enjoying eco-parks like Xcaret. You can book these at the resort when you arrive.
If you paid for transportation as part of your reservation through Destify you will receive transport details about a week before your trip. If you did not book through Destify or did not reserve transportation as part of your reservation through Destify, you will need to book transportation separately. We strongly recommend going through Amstar directly as they are one of the partnering transportation companies with the resort.
Amstar pickup is located outside of the airport once you get past baggage claim. There will be numerous solicitors as you make your way out of the airport. Our advice is to ignore or decline this solicitation and walk straight from baggage claim out to the transportation pickup area. Once outside, look for the Amstar employees in the Blue Floral shirts and the Nexus Tours employees will be in orange shirts.
Yes! You can reach out to the Spa coordinator at alexandra.mota1@dreamsresorts.com if you would like to make a spa reservation prior to arrival. Spa reservations can also be made upon arrival at the resort.
You and your guest will both need a valid passport from your country of origin. IMMEDIATE ACTION: Apply for passports or verify that the passports you and your guest have are valid six months after your return date home from the trip. A passport card is not an acceptable form of identification. Please keep in mind: You should apply for your passport as soon as possible because processing may be delayed. The name on your passport must exactly match the name on your airline ticket (including any middle name or initial). Your passport must be valid at least six months past the last day of your trip. If your U.S. passport expired within the past 15 years, you may be able to renew it by mail. If your passport book doesn’t have two to four blank visa/stamp pages, you must renew. Only passport books (not passport cards) may be used for international travel by air.
You play a large part in ensuring your own safety by following these simple tips: Keep up to date with important safety and security announcements by enrolling in the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP). Maintain a watchful eye of your immediate surroundings and keep belongings close to you. Do not venture out alone; it is always safer to travel in numbers. Be sure to ask the resort staff if an area of the city you plan to visit is considered unsafe. Let someone know where you’re going and when you expect to return. Try to blend in with locals and avoid looking or acting like a tourist. Walk with purpose and dress more conservatively. Be aware that wearing expensive jewelry or flashing a nice phone can make you a target of theft. Take pictures of your travel documents (passport, airline confirmation, etc.)
We suggest that you arrive at least three hours before your flight departs to allow you enough time to go through security and get to your gate. Don’t forget to check in to your airline’s website 24 hours prior to travel and view your flight itinerary so you are aware of any last-minute flight changes.
Check with your wireless service provider about an international plan for your time in Mexico. Download a mobile app—such as WhatsApp, FaceTime or Skype—to send messages or make phone calls using complimentary hotel Wi-Fi.
