Venue Address and Parking

Answer

The Cobblestone Courtyard at Lauxmont Farms 1155 Long Level Road Wrightsville, PA, 17368 When entering the venue, use the entrance marked "Lauxmont Gardens" and proceed up the paved driveway behind the big white barn. After the barn, proceed to your right on the gravel path and park in the field behind the wooden fence. The parking behind the white barn is reserved, so please do not park here unless you have been instructed to do so by a parking attendant.

Handicap Parking

Parking attendants will be on-site to guide you to available parking and assist with guest drop-off. A handicap-accessible drop-off location is available close to the ceremony area for any guests who may need it. Should you need additional assistance, please ask a parking attendant.

Dress Code

Answer

We kindly ask guests to dress in cocktail attire. Suits or dress pants are perfect for the guys, and dresses for the girls! Cocktail hour will be held outdoors in a cobblestone courtyard. Please wear comfortable shoes.

Event Location & Weather

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, so please dress comfortably for the weather—May temperatures can vary. Dinner and the reception will take place indoors.

Transportation

Answer

A courtesy shuttle will depart from The Courtyard Marriott and The Cork Factory Hotel to transport guests to the wedding venue. The shuttle will depart from the Courtyard Marriott at 3:30 PM. The shuttle will depart from The Cork Factory Hotel at 3:50 PM. Following the reception, the shuttle will depart the venue at 11:15 PM and return guests to the Cork Factory Hotel. Guests are also welcome to use Uber or Lyft. Please note that all cars must be picked up by 9:00 AM on Sunday morning.

Lodging

Answer

We have secured 2 hotel blocks: The Cork Factory Hotel and the Courtyard Marriot in Lancaster, PA. All reservations must be made by 4/16/26. A card is needed to hold the room, but will not be charged until the reservation date. Please see the Lodging page for reservation details.

Guests, Plus Ones, and Children

Answer

Our wedding venue is intimate, so we are only able to accommodate the guests named on the invitation. We kindly ask that invitations are not extended to additional guests, including children, unless specifically indicated on the invitation. Thank you for understanding—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
