The Wedding Website of Cassie Merone and James Schneider
Question

When/how should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 13th 2026! You can use the RSVP tab at the top of the page to be taken to the online RSVP menu. Alternatively, you can communicate with Cassie/James directly to inform them of your ability to attend.

Question

Where are the ceremony and reception located?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be held at Black Canyon Inn in Estes Park. The address is 800 MacGregor Ave, Estes Park, CO, 80517.

Question

Is there parking on site?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot that is only a short walking distance to both the ceremony and reception area.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving around 3:30pm so you have time to settle in before the ceremony.

Question

What time will the ceremony start?

Answer

4:00pm

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dressy-casual.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, under a covered pavilion area. Cocktail hour will take place outdoors in an uncovered lawn, weather permitting. Due to the ever-changing weather in the Colorado mountains, a coat is always recommended to have on standby. The reception and meal will take place indoors.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your invitation includes "and guest", then yes! Alternatively, if your invitation is addressed to your family name, both partner's and their immediate children are included. If you have a significant other you would like to bring who is not named on your invitation, please contact James or Cassie. Otherwise, we request that our guest list be kept only to those named on the invitation.

Question

If I do not have a car, is there transportation to/from the wedding?

Answer

There is not a shuttle service that is currently arranged for wedding guests. Uber/Lyft are also not a reliable service in this small town. If you are going to need shuttle service to/from the wedding, please contact Explore Estes (a locally owned shuttle service) that can help facilitate any personalized transportation needs. https://exploreestes.com/estes-park-ride-service/

Question

Where should we stay?

Answer

Estes Park is full of small/locally owned inn's, hotels, and Airbnb's, and cabins, you really can't go wrong. We will have a room block at one of the local lodging facilities - please see the travel page for more details.
