If you are looking for a place to have breakfast over the weekend, we love going to Ann Sather's in Lakeview. There are a few different locations throughout the city to try. Brandon loves their cinnamon rolls!
This was the first Chicago steakhouse Brandon ever went to. Elevated Chicago steakhouse located in River North (not too far away from the hotel). The food & cocktails are amazing!
If you like tequila, this is a great cocktail bar. They have two locations in the city but we always go to the one in Logan Square. They offer coffee drinks in the morning and tasty cocktails at night.
There are so many awesome museums in Chicago but the Field Museum is one of our favorites. We have taken Brandon's niece and nephew there a few times. It's something that everyone can enjoy.
Another fun place for an activity. Flight Club is a dart bar where you can rent oches. Its close in proximity to the hotel and is a lot of fun!
Many of you know that we are regulars at a local bar near our apartment. If you want to see where we hang out pretty much all the time on weekends, feel free to stop in for a drink! If dive bars are your scene, this is the perfect neighborhood spot.
If you are looking for a fun activity, go to Wicker Park and rent a lane for shuffle board. We went to a friend's birthday party here and had the best time! We have been back a few times since. They have a food truck inside and their bar features some great cocktails.

The WNDR Museum is an immersive at experience in the West Loop. Some of the exhibits change every couple of months making it something fun to experience. We went out for a cousin's day with Brandon's side of the family and it was a lot of fun!
