Fall of 2016 Cassie & Brandon were both, separately, participating in an ugly sweater bar crawl downtown Minneapolis. Their groups of friends bumped into each other at Cowboy Jacks. The following year, they saw and got to know each other better. New Years Eve 2017 Brandon knew he wanted to take their relationship to the next level. He asked Cassie to make things "Facebook official" and be his girlfriend. Over the last 4 years they have traveled, quarantined for a year, and bought a home together. They are excited to share the start of the next chapter in their lives with you all!

Brandon surprised Cassie while they were on vacation at her parents cabin. On Friday evening they took a pontoon ride around the lake at sunset. When they got back to the beachfront Brandon had both their families and her closest friends waiting to surprise her when he got down on one knee and asked her to spend the rest of her life with him.
