Our dress code is semi-formal. We want you to feel and look your best! The bridal party will be wearing black (bridesmaids) and white (groomsmen).
Plus ones are limited to a select few and this will be labeled on your individual invitation you received in the mail. As much as we would love to meet your guests, we would like to keep our event very intimate.
We have hired amazing photographers to capture, not only our incredible moments, but yours as well! We kindly ask that all phones and cameras be silenced/put away during the ceremony to avoid any disruptions.
Our event begins at 4PM and we ask everyone to arrive at least 20 minutes early in order to park, find a seat, and mingle!
While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that our wedding remains an adults-only celebration. Exceptions have been made only for a few children who have been pre-approved. Thank you for your understanding and helping us create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for all our guests!

There is plenty of parking at the venue for both the ceremony and reception. Please do be advised that we will have an open bar. If you intend on drinking, we ask that you please rideshare or have a designated driver.
Based on weather, we hope to have our ceremony and cocktail hours outdoors and an indoor reception. We do have a back-up plan if the Colorado weather doesn't cooperate to relocate indoors, however please dress appropriately.
Colorado has high elevation and altitude sickness is very common! Please stay hydrated! We recommend coming in 1-2 days early to adjust to the altitude. Alcohol will also effect you differently. Even though we will have an open bar, we highly recommend pacing yourself to avoid sickness.
Our Elevated Plated Dinner includes a selection of delicious offerings to ensure a memorable dining experience for our guests. The meal begins with your choice of one passed or station appetizer, featuring Bruschetta with butternut squash, burrata cheese, arugula, and demi-glaze. Freshly baked focaccia bread with oil, balsamic vinegar, and Italian seasonings will also be served. Dinner includes a Caesar salad (gluten-free) and your choice of entrée: Chicken Marsala (gluten-free, available vegetarian) with creamy mashed potatoes and charred broccolini, or marinated grilled steak with brown butter sauce, creamy mashed potatoes, and charred broccolini (steak prepared medium). We also offer vendor meals, children’s meals, and vegetarian/allergy-friendly options upon request. To finish, dessert will be a beautifully presented tiramisu served in a martini glass with chocolate pearls, accompanied by a fresh raspberry and strawberry salad. Our catering is provided by Edwards Catering, ensuring high-quality and flavorful dishes for our special day.
