Please arrive at the Coachmen's Lodge by 4:10pm. The wedding celebration will be held in the gardens towards the back of the property, which is a quick walk down the driveway along the right side of the building. For guests observing IST, please plan to arrive no later than 3:45pm ;)
For guests staying in Providence we will have a shuttle available to bring you back and forth from the venue. The shuttle will pick up from both hotels, from the Hampton at 3:00pm and then the Hilton at 3:25pm. The shuttle will return promptly after the reception to bring guests back to the hotels.
Although we love your kiddos, our wedding celebration will be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding.
To keep our wedding as intimate as possible, we are only able to celebrate with the guests explicitly named on your invitation.
