Shuttles will pick up at Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn, and Best Western to take guests to the VENUE. Hampton Inn || Coach Bus 4:00-4:30 — if full, the shuttle will also stop here for overflow Best Western & Holiday Inn || Shuttle Bus 4:00-4:15 — will stop at each hotel (in same parking lot) The Coach bus will run 2 shifts to begin picking up guests from the VENUE to go back to the HOTEL. Early Departure || 9:30pm Final Departure || 11:15pm We strongly recommend taking the bus, as Uber/Lyft WILL NOT be available at this time of night due to the venue location.
