We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is black tie optional. Tuxedos or Suits for men and long dresses for women.
Please arrive 15 to 30 minutes before the official ceremony start time so you can get settled. Please take into consideration the traffic when coming to the ceremony.
Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those who are formally invited. If you received a plus one it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP card. Thank you for understanding!
We will have shuttles and trolleys to help our guests with transportation to and from the reception. For Guests staying at The Westin, the Cescaphe Trolley and Yellowbird Bus Company will be shuttling guests from The Westin to the venue. The first trolley will leave the hotel at 4:45pm and the second at 5:15pm. If you miss the trolley from the hotel, we kindly ask that you utilize the free valet parking at the venue or take an uber/lyft. The trolley will be returning guests to the hotels starting at 11:00pm and will be running every 30 minutes until 1:00am / the conclusion of the after party. Please note you may not leave your car overnight at Cescaphe Ballroom.
There is a parking lot to the side of Old Pine Street Church as well as street parking in the bike lanes available. We will have parking attendants helping guests find the reserved spots around the church. If you are using the church parking lot, please move your car after the completion of the ceremony. For the reception, we are encouraging everyone to utilize the Cescaphe Trolley transporting guests to and from the hotel, as we will have an open bar. However, if you decide to drive, complementary valet parking will be located directly in front of Cescaphe Ballroom and will begin one hour prior the start of the reception. Please note if you choose to arrive 1 hour prior to the start of the reception, the reception venue will not open up to guests until 30 minutes prior to the start of the event.
Although we love all the children in our lives, we have decided to keep our wedding reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family.
There is a slight break between the ceremony and the reception. We recommend checking into the hotel, freshening up, and taking one of the shuttles over to the venue. If you are not staying at the hotel, there are a large variety of restaurants and bars around the venue. We recommend Anejo, Standard Tap, and Heritage. There will be valet parking included at the venue.
We will have a full bar with a large variety of bultered and stationed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a plated dinner. There will be a lot of food, so please come hungry!
Please contact us immediately if there is any change or suspected change to your RSVP. With that being said, please only RSVP when you are certain that you will be attending to avoid any last minute changes.
