What's the schedule for the day?

Ceremony starts at 4:30 PM, cocktail hour follows, then dinner, speeches, and dancing till 11:30 PM!

What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes early to park, find a seat, and get settled before the ceremony begins.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be hosted inside a rustic barn featuring enclosed sides and an open front entrance, offering both shelter and an outdoor ambiance.

Yes! We are serving beer, wine, and signature cocktails throughout the night.

Where should I stay?

We've reserved hotel blocks at the Hampton Inn Brookfield. Mention the Lapp or Spease wedding when booking for a discounted rate.

Is transportation provided?

Answer

Yes! Transportation will be provided through our hotel. Shuttles will run between 3:15–4:00 PM to bring guests to the venue in time for our 4:30 PM ceremony. Please plan accordingly, as trips will be limited to this time window.
