Question

Can we leave our vehicles there overnight?

Answer

You are able to, if needed, leave your vehicle in the parking lot overnight, but must understand that Hazelwood is not responsible for the security of the vehicles. They must be picked up by 9 a.m. the morning after the event or the vehicle will be towed at the owner's expense.

What are the stipulations with alcohol?

Answer

No alcohol is permitted to be consumed in the parking lot before, during, or after the event period. Guests 21 and over are allowed to obtain alcoholic beverages from the licensed bartenders during the reception, but the bar will be closed by 9:30 pm. Also, please no illegal drugs, no illegal dispensing of alcoholic beverages, and no altercations.

What is the time frame of the wedding?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm so please make sure you arrive prior to that time. Cocktail hour will follow the ceremony with the reception happening afterwards. The event will conclude by 10 pm.

Are children able to attend?

Answer

Children are welcomed to attend and we understand if you may need to leave earlier than the event end time. Please just inform us if your children will be coming and be aware that children under the age of 16 MUST be supervised at all times.

Is there a designated smoking area?

Answer

There are two designated smoking areas of vape products and cigarettes. One is in the parking lot and another is at the fire pit. Please dispose of all cigarette butts in the designated areas.

Is there anything else I should know?

Answer

Please be advised that Hazlewood uses videos and still photography to assist with promotion of the venue. Your attendance (and your children's if attending) will act as consent for your voice, name, and/or likeness being used for areas of marketability without compensations.
