FAQs

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal (vintage flair encouraged). Think sharp suits or floor-length dresses and bolo ties instead of bow ties. If you want to match our color scheme, here are our colors: Pomegranate, Olive, Tan, Cream, Dark Brown.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

In mid‑April, Tucson typically enjoys warm, sunny spring weather. Expect daytime highs around 80–85 °F, crisp mornings dropping to 50–55 °F, and only a touch of rain across the month. Be sure to bring a light coat for later in the night!

Question

Will the ceremony/reception be indoors?

Answer

The ceremony at the San Pedro Chapel will be indoors, while the reception at the Chapman residence will be outdoors.

Question

What is the food/drink situation?

Answer

Appetizers, dinner, and dessert will be served at the reception. We will have an open bar as well!

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We prefer if there are no photos taken during the ceremony. You are welcome to take photos before and after at the chapel, and anytime at the reception!

Question

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

If you have any food allergies, please email me (cassidyqchapman@gmail.com) so we can accommodate you!
