Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to the limited head count availabilities and with it being held on the rooftop of the hotel, it is not advised to bring children to the event. While we would love to see your little ones dressed up, this night is only for the adults.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible so we can get a head count for food and beverages. A QR code is provided on the back of the sent-out invitations. Scan the QR code on the invitation with your mobile camera, and it will lead you to the RSVP page.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would like our dress code to be semi-formal or dressy-casual

Can I bring a date?

Answer

There is a limited amount of people allowed on the roof top. So, the people who are able to attend the wedding will have their name listed during the RSVP process, unless told otherwise. If you would like to bring someone with you who is not listed, please ask.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

A parking lot is located on Patton Street, a half a block passed The Bee Hotel to the right. Other parking is available around the hotel's vicinity.

Is alcohol allowed?

Answer

No alcohol will be provided at the wedding. If you wish to drink the night of the wedding, please bring your own and have it limited to beer or wine only.

Is there easier access to the rooftop for elderly?

Answer

There is a side door to The Bee Hotel located on Patton Street. Enter through that door and go straight up the ramp, elevator is located on the left. Go to the 3rd floor and rooftop access is to the left once you get off the elevator. This access does not have any stairs.
