Officiant
We are so excited to have Matt as our pastor/officiant on this special day. Matt was Cassidy's youth pastor at her home church, and she quickly became heavily connected with the entire Kieswether family. The Kieswether home has long served as Cassidy's second home, and Matt and Grace have been a key pillar in supporting Cassidy throughout the years, and now have extended that support to Kai.
Ring Bearer
The youngest of the Kieswether clan, little Jack will be participating in the wedding as the ring bearer! Jack is full of giggles and silliness and is about the cutest little man you've ever seen. Watch for his inevitable shenanigans and big cheesy smile throughout the day.
Maid of Honor
Nicole is Cassidy's sister, and is one of two maids of honor in the wedding party. Nicole is Cassidy's only sister in a family with three brothers, so she has been a built in support system and friend.
Maid of Honor
Megan has been Cassidy's best friend since their first year of high school. Megan and Cassidy have lived together throughout their entire college journey, and neither are sure how they are going to survive when separated after the wedding!
Bridesmaid
Grace is the wife of the officiant Matt Kieswether, and the mother to three other members of the wedding party: Aubrey, Elliot, and Jack. Grace has been one of the biggest mentors and role models in Cassidy's life from the time she was 10 years old.
Bridesmaid
Taylor is one of Cassidy's best friends from her home church growing up. Taylor was a bride last summer where Cassidy was a bridesmaid, so they get to switch roles this summer! Taylor has always supported Cassidy, primarily through late night runs for McDonald's fries or milkshakes after a hard day.
Bridesmaid
Natalie is coming all the way from Texas, where she works as a pediatric trauma nurse, to be a part of our special day! Natalie was Cassidy's very first friend when she moved schools in sixth grade, and the rest of the friendship is history. Natalie is the bridesmaid with the longest history of friendship with Cassidy!
Bridesmaid
Samantha is Cassidy's cousin and has filled the role of the little sister for Cassidy that she always wanted. Samantha has never struggled to match Cassidy's level of sass and sarcasm, so be careful if you ever see them together!
Junior Bridesmaid
Aubrey is the daughter of officiant Matt and bridesmaid Grace. Aubrey has been a special part of Cassidy's life as she has known Aubrey since she was only about 6 months old. Aubrey is now right around the same age that Cassidy was when she met Grace, so it is extra special that she gets to be a participant in the wedding.
Junior Groomsman
Elliot is the son of the officiant Matt and one of the bridesmaids, Grace. Elliot gets to be a junior groomsman as he is a special person to the bride and groom, and the bride has known him since he was born.
Best Man
Pascal is Kai's brother and has been a best friend since birth. Pascal is incredibly loyal and is never afraid to defend his family and friends. Pascal loves his art and shares a passion for aviation with Kai. Pascal additionally loves old war films and other movie classics. Kelly's Heroes is one of his favorite films. Make sure to talk about it with caution as when he discusses it he has a hard time knowing when to stop!
Best Man
Kai has known Emilio since middle school and they are the best of friends. Emilio is a very funny and caring individual who wants to make sure that everyone around him is happy. Emilio is a car geek and a huge fan of sports. Emilio is flawed in that he likes the San Francisco 49ers which is incredibly sad to both the groom and bride. Emilio and Kai have a tradition of Krispy Kreme whenever Kai gets the chance to visit.
Groomsman
Zach is Cassidy's brother and a very good friend of Kai. Zach loves fishing and if he's not at work there is a fair chance that you'll find him with a fishing pole at the bank of a river. Kai had the opportunity to work under Zach during his first summer in college and bonded with him during that time. Zach is strong and will always defend his loved ones, but he is also always willing to give others the opportunity to make something of themselves.
Groomsman
Tay has known Kai, Pascal, and Milo since they were very young. Tay is incredibly smart and an excellent friend. Kai has great memories of playing childhood games with Tay when he was young, playing video games, and traveling to Mexico. Tay is like a brother to Kai and Pascal and brings so much joy into their lives. Tay never holds his intelligence above anyone else and is very humble. Everyone needs a Tay in their lives.
Groomsman
Milo has been friends with Kai, Pascal, and Tay since they were very young. Kai has memories of playing Thomas the Tank Engine together when they were younger and leaving Milo's room covered with toy trains every time he had to leave. Kai is disappointed that Milo is a Max Verstappen fan when it comes to Formula 1, but is able to look past this due to the fact that Milo has always been a great friend.
Groomsman
Dillon is the cousin of Cassidy and has been a huge part of her life. Dillon is one of the sweetest men you'll ever meet and has a special sibling-like bond with Cassidy. He has been incredibly welcoming to Kai ever since he met him, so neither the bride or groom could imagine this day without him standing with them.
