Cassidy walked into her first ever CrossFit class, not knowing what she signed herself up for, but after meeting her coach, she knew she would sign the membership and be back countless more times. Not knowing Cassidy's background was in gymnastics, Justin immediately became frustrated with how well she already knew what he was teaching. This only encouraged Justin more to be persistent in inviting this radiant woman to sign up for the Open competition. And she did. After a brutal workout, a night that turned into morning, the rest was history.
