We met at a time when we were both open to what God had for us, but we weren’t actively seeking a relationship. We both swiped right and began talking in October 2024. That led to us meeting in person and realizing there was definitely something there we wanted to explore. We started officially dating on 11/23/24. Our relationship grew from there leading to not only coming to love one another but to falling in love and realizing we couldn’t imagine being with anyone else. We had been through times of hardship, heartache, happiness and through all the waiting, God was working in us, preparing us for our future. Our love is a testament of how good God is and all he has done and will do in our lives; we wouldn’t be here today without him. Now back to the story, we took our time enjoying each stage of our relationship, learning and growing as a couple, and we knew we wanted to spend forever together. We got engaged on 1/31/26 and are so looking forward to becoming Mr and Mrs Gutshall.
