Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive before 1:30PM, which is the scheduled start time for our ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

You can dress anywhere between semi-formal and full-on formal! Portions of the day will be outside in a grassy area, so please keep that in mind. Men, please do not wear jeans. Ladies, please do not wear white or off-white dresses.

Is the ceremony/reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors in a beautiful grassy garden. The reception will be held in an old-time hardwood church on the same property.

Can I take pictures or video during the ceremony?

Answer

We have a phenomenal photography and videography team prepared to capture our wedding! So, we ask that you do not take pictures or videos during the ceremony. Nobody wants to see a hundred phones up in our pictures or video. You will be able to see the ceremony moments once we have our photos and videos posted! You are encouraged to take photos and videos at any point after the ceremony. However, please do not take photos of the wedding party as they are getting professional photos taken in the gardens immediately following the ceremony. Let the photographer do their thing!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be parking right outside the church and to the side of the ceremony space. In the event this fills up, there will be overflow parking slightly further down the property. In the event that all parking is filled, you are welcome to park on the street in front of the property!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are trying to keep kids to a minimum at our wedding. If your invite did not indicate you could bring your kids, we ask that you please find a sitter and enjoy a night away!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be a CASH BAR provided for our guests, so if you are looking to drink, please have a card or cash in hand. That being said, we ask that you please show restraint and refrain from getting drunk at our wedding!

What food will be served?

Answer

After the ceremony, the cash bar will be open, along with drink dispensers set up. There will be light hors d'oeuvres served, followed by a stellar buffet-style dinner!
