How do I get to the venue?

Answer

Plug the address into your GPS, if you would like to avoid gravel please drive through the town of Conrad and the GPS will re-route you on pavement otherwise if you are coming from the East Apple Maps will take you on gravel.

CAN I BRING A GUEST?

Answer

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation/wedding website when you RSVP.

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN?

Answer

Sure! Your children will be listed on your household RSVP profile so just let us know if they are coming so we can make sure there's enough food and seats for them.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE

Answer

We ask that all guests dress semi-formal and refrain from wearing white or any color that resembles white.

IS THERE TRANSPORTATION TO & FROM THE HOTEL/WEDDING VENUE?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle for those staying at the Holiday Inn. The shuttle will pick you up from the hotel prior to the ceremony (around 3:30 - 3:45 pm) and drop off at the end of the reception.

How/when do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP on this very website--just look at the top of the screen. Please send us your acceptances or regrets by June 16th, 2024.

Can I park at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue.

When should I get there?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm (CST). You are welcome to come to the venue as early as 4:00pm. We recommend you arrive by 4:25pm in order to give you time to find a seat.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes! We have an open beer/wine bar. If you require more than that to enjoy our reception there will be drinks available for purchase.

What do I do if something changes and I can/can't make it after I have RSVPed?

We understand things come up. Just email us right away at trygstadwedding2024@gmail.com so we can make changes.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

I would love to be able to tell you the exact weather for the day....but we live in Iowa, that being said since the wedding is in late July you can expect heat:) We will have program fans available!
