This is your time to travel, check into the hotels if needed, and get settled before the reception. If you are checking in at the hotel there is a shuttle that is set to take guests from the hotel to the venue at 4pm (meet in lobby for this by 3:45).

Schedule: 4pm- Cocktail hour begins 5pm- Dinner and toasts begin (bar closes) 6pm- Dancing begins (bar reopens) 7pm- Dessert is served 8:30pm- Bar closes for the night 9pm- Shuttle leaves for hotel (be ready to board by 8:45)
