Are Kids Welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an Adult-Only event, with the exception of a few close immediate family members. We hope that you can make arrangements ahead of time and leave the kids at home so you can enjoy the evening and celebrate with us. If, despite your best efforts (we understand the struggle) let us know! We will try to work something out :)

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than April 1st please!

Ceremony and Reception; Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside in the beautiful weather. The reception will be inside the beautiful barn as well as outdoor fun! A cocktail hour will be held between the ceremony and reception, outside.

What will be available for drinks?

Answer

There will be a limited bar. A few of our favorite drinks will be available. There is no cost for drinks, however, the bartenders will appreciate tips! We also have non-alcoholic options as well! No Worries!

Pictures?

Answer

At the beginning of the ceremony, the bride and groom will face all of the guests to take in the moment. That is your chance to snap a shot of the ceremony. After that moment, no more pictures will be allowed during the ceremony. After the ceremony, anything goes! Please tag us on social media with the hashtag : #SwansonSweethearts

Can’t Attend?

We will miss you! Please RSVP on the website or by mail with “Decline” as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

A good idea would be to plan on arriving a half hour before the ceremony starts. That way we can make sure everyone is there and we can get the party started as scheduled!

There will be someone outside directing you as to where to park.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

You are more than welcome to bring a date, as long as a plus one is listed on your invitation. If no plus one is listed, reach out and we will try to accommodate accordingly!
