What’s the dress code?
Answer
Cocktail or Semi-Formal. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, dressy separates, or a nice pantsuit. Gentlemen should wear a suit with or without a tie or a dress shirt and slacks.

What will the weather be like this time of year?
Answer
It’s early summer in Charleston. It will be hot, humid, and sunny!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors.

What happens after the ceremony?
Answer
Guests are encouraged to head straight to the reception venue while the bridal party takes pictures. Dinner and a reception will follow.

What should I do if I can’t make it?
Answer
We will miss you! Please let us know as soon as possible and rsvp “no” so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?
Answer
Yes! We have recommendations. Please see the travel page for more details.

How do I RSVP? When do I need to RSVP by?
Answer
We ask that all RSVPs be done via the RSVP page on our website by May 1, 2022.
Question
Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?
Answer
Yes, dinner will be served at the reception. Guests will be served southern style barbecue and non-alcoholic beverages along with dessert!

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?
Answer
Gluten free food options will be provided. If you have other dietary restrictions, please reach out to us with any questions.

Will any transportation be provided?
Answer
No. We ask that guests provide their own transportation to the ceremony and reception.
