The ceremony and reception are black tie.
We are hosting welcome drinks with light bites on Friday, October 17th. We will also have an after-party on the 18th following the reception.
James Newbury Hotel: Transportation is not necessary as all events are on site. Holiday Inn Express - East Greenbush: Shuttles will be provided to the ceremony. They will also be provided throughout the latter half of the reception and the entire after-party. Other Hotel/Airbnb: Transportation will not be provided. The venue recommends booking a taxi in advance if you do not intend on driving yourself. Uber and other ride-share services are not readily available during the busy season.
Shuttles will be departing the Holiday Inn between 3:15pm-3:45pm Shuttles will be returning to the Holiday Inn between 10pm-1am (leaving ~every hour or so)
