What should guests wear to the wedding?
Answer
There are plenty of great options for a beachside destination wedding. We are asking our guests to wear beach casual. For women this could be a sundress, maxi dress with flats or nice sandals. For men this could be a collared shirt & slacks.

How can I find out more about the resort: restaurants, activities available, etc?
Answer
We highly recommend you download the World of Hyatt Inclusive Collection app. There is general information available initially when you select the resort. Once you have your room number assigned, you can log in and unlock more helpful features for your stay!

Should I plan to bring cash for the trip?
Answer
We encourage you to bring some cash to have on hand to tip for services (transportation, wait staff, bartenders, entertainment staff, spa services, bellhop, and/or butlers). You do not need to exchange for local currency, transportation & site staff prefer USDs.

What if i have dietary restrictions or food allergies?
Answer
For wedding related activities Craig and Cass need to be aware to ensure appropriate options, please email us at bemycberry@gmail.com ASAP so we can accommodate. For everyday meals, the resort is very good about asking before you are seated/order to ensure menu options and food preparation take into account any needs you have.

The Riviera Maya is home to a lush tropical rainforest. It will be common for you to see coatis (racoon like animals) during your stay. Please be sure you keep patio doors closed & locked (regardless of floor) - coatis have a great sense of smell & like to snack on sugar packets or other treats they might find in rooms. Your patio doors will have a reminder on them!
