FAQs

Question

Can I bring an additional guest?

Answer

If your invitation indicates "and guest," then yes! While we do love children, for this event, we have opted for an adult-only celebration.

Question

What do I wear?

Answer

Information on dress codes can be found under the 'Schedule' tab. The dress code for the Rehearsal Dinner is Cocktail attire. The dress code for the Wedding Ceremony and Reception is Black Tie Requested, meaning gentlemen Tuxedoes requested, and ladies Evening Gowns or Formal dresses. Please note the reception is a formal private club; required attire is essential throughout the entire venue. If you have questions or concerns, please reach out to either the Bride or Groom.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that all guests arrive at 3:00PM, which is thirty (30) minutes prior to the start of the Wedding Ceremony. While transportation is provided from the Ceremony to the Reception, we ask that you please arrive at the Wedding Reception for cocktails at 5:45PM, which is fifteen (15) minutes prior to the start of the event.

Question

When is the response deadline?

Answer

We request that guests RSVP on or before March 8th, 2025. Please note there will be invitations for several events, and RSVPs will be required for each event. Please note that some hotel blocks will expire on March 5th, so be sure to book soon!

Question

Will there be a transportation service available?

Answer

Please note, due to guest accommodations throughout the city, coach bus transportation will only be provided from the church ceremony to the reception venue. Taxi Cab drivers and Uber/Lyft are available in New York City. If you have or need a special request, please bring it to our attention.

Question

Is there parking available?

Answer

The closest free parking to the church is located at 151 East 65th Street, which is a two minute walk to the church. The closest parking garage to the reception venue is located at 23 W 55th St. which is about a three minute walk. Please consider the extensive traffic, construction and weather should you choose to drive to the event.

Question

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions?

Answer

There will be meal options for our guests with dietary restrictions. Vegetarian, Gluten Free and Kosher meals will be provided, as well as the need to accommodate for any additional food allergies. We ask that you please indicate any dietary restrictions or allergies on your RSVP for each event.

Question

Are there handicap accessible entrances?

Answer

Handicap notations are as follows: Rehearsal Dinner: See hostess stand upon entry. St. Vincent Ferrer Church ~ The handicap accessible entrance (with a ramp) is located on 66th St. between Third and Lexington Avenues. Wedding Reception ~ The handicap accessible entrance is located on 3 West 54th Street by the time keeper. Guests will be escorted to the seventh floor for the Cocktail Party and Wedding Reception.

Question

Am I allowed to take photos?

Answer

Photos are permitted at the various events, however the photographer and videographer requests their artistic licensing not be compromised. Additionally we ask that all cellular phones and other digital devices be silenced and stored prior to entering the Church and Reception venue. Digital devices should be used in a manner so as not to disturb other members and guests.
