When should I RSVP by?

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire. Our ceremony will be held outdoors, in grass, weather permitting. Ladies, we suggest wearing a midi- or knee-length dress, or dressy separates. Please be mindful of your shoe choice - block heels are recommended. Men, we suggest wearing a suit or sports jacket with a dress shirt, tie optional.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels and the venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be transportation provided from the Courtyard Poughkeepsie & Residence Inn Poughkeepsie to Red Maple Vineyard. There will be 2 options for transportation back: after the reception (11:00 PM), and after the on-site after party (12:30 AM).

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking at Red Maple Vineyard if you choose to drive.

Are the ceremony and reception areas close to each other?

Answer

The reception is a short walk (~2 min) from the ceremony area.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions?

Yes, dietary restrictions will be accommodated.
