Bridesmaid
Kayley and Cassie met at eleven years old when Cassie started doing the 4H dog program. Kayley's first words to Cassie were when Cassie's lab, Dory, was hitting her let with her ever wagging tail. Kayley said, "Yeah, their [labs] otter tails are really strong. It hurts when they hit you." And thus a magical, life long friendship was born. Cassie and Kayley spent most nights on the phone together throughout middle and high school and would often daydream about what their weddings would look like. They made a promise to one another that come their wedding days, they would be each other's bridesmaid. Cassie cherishes their friendship as a rare gem. It's a special thing to have a friend who grew up with you, who knows you to your very core. Cassie is honored to keep the promise of their younger selves and have Kayley stand with her as she gets married.
Groomsman
Arif's earliest memory of his younger brother Eddie was when Eddie was only a few days old. While Eddie was laying in his bassinet, eyes wide open making that face that new babies make, Arif was looking down at him with curiosity and admiration. Their dad explained to Arif that since Eddie is so new and tiny, he couldn't really see them yet. The two grew up with precious memories of picking cherries off the trees at their grandmother's mountain house and riding their bikes around the city of Erdemli. As they grew older, they never grew apart. Eddie and Arif continue to be close and supportive to one another. It's a remarkable thing to find a best friend in your younger brother. Eddie is always charming Arif with historical anecdotes, witty jokes, and unwavering support.
