There is so much to do in our little corner of the world. You can start the morning off at Cafe on the Bay and explore the town full of shops & confections. In the evenings, on the south side of town you have Bayheads Brewing Company, Chesapeake Inn, The Hole in the Wall and on the north side of town you have Schaefer's Canal House (which we HIGHLY recommend as it is one of our most frequent stops). If you're craving a Maryland experience, pick up some crabs from 410-Seafood (south side) or the Crab Shack (north side). Just keep in mind you will not be able to dine in with your crabs. If you are looking for breakfast, JoJo's Diner (south side) is the best & fun fact, lots of time working on wedding planning was spent in one of the booths there.
Middletown is a quick 20 minute trip from Earleville, MD full of shopping, food & activities. Some of our favorite things to do are would be Birdies Links (Mini golf, virtual bays, food & drinks), two golf courses (St. Anne's & Back Creek), Westown Movies, Mid-County Lanes (bowling). Our date night dinner spots include Sushi Yama, Toba Fusion, Crooked Hammock, El Azteca & Cassie's absolute favorite, Fiesta Tapita.
If you want to spend some time in our small town, we recommend doing a wine tasting at Broken Spoke Winery (our wonderful venue itself), Bohemia Manor Farms (more wine tasting), Crystal Beach Grill for some home town, mom & pop goodness & of course, Zook's Produce; our local Amish goods & produce stand (only open Thursday - Saturday).
