Travel Instructions for Our Wedding We are so excited to celebrate with you! Please carefully review the following important travel information to ensure a smooth arrival. E-Ticket Requirement (Very Important) All guests are required to complete the electronic E-Ticket form online before arriving at the airport. This is mandatory for entry. • You will be asked to present your completed E-Ticket before you are allowed to check any luggage. • If you do not complete it in advance, you may experience delays or be unable to proceed through check-in. • We strongly recommend completing this form at least 24 hours prior to your departure and saving a copy (screenshot or PDF) on your phone. https://eticket.migracion.gob.do/ Please do not leave this step for the airport—it is essential for a smooth travel experience. We can’t wait to celebrate together!
No, due to space limitations, we're only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitation. Plus ones have been reserved for spouses and long-term partners. Thank you so much for understanding- we can't wait to celebrate with you!
Credit cards are accepted at most restaurants and bars, but cash is recommended for taxis and smaller vendors. U.S dollars are accepted, you would just have to do the conversion so not to be taken advantage of. Dominican Pesos are preferred. Dominican Republic also has a tip culture, and greatly appreciate tips.
Airport transportation will be provided on July 15 and July 16 at select times. When you RSVP, please include your flight details so we can ensure adequate space on the shuttle. Transportation outside of these dates will be the responsibility of each guest.
Many people in Las Terrenas rent scooters or four-wheelers to get around. If you’re interested in renting one, we’re happy to connect you with a trusted rental contact. Please note that rentals typically require a temporary hold for incidentals. Taxis are also an excellent and reliable way to get around. We recommend exchanging WhatsApp numbers with a taxi driver you trust and using them for the duration of your trip.
Most of our wedding party and immediate family will be staying in the Dominican Republic from July 15, 2026 – July 22, 2026. In addition to our wedding events (July 16–18, 2026), we’re planning optional group activities such as a quad bike tour and a day trip to Cayo Levantado. If you plan to stay beyond the wedding weekend and would like to participate in these activities, please let us know so we can share pricing and additional details.
All wedding events will be held outdoors. Please keep in mind that the Dominican Republic is very hot in the summer, with temperatures often above 90°F. We recommend dressing accordingly and bringing sunscreen and bug repellent to stay comfortable.
Sublime Hotel is located next to our venue where two events will be held. Otherwise there are many Airbnb locations within a few minute drive. If booking outside of Sublime Hotel or properties please use our Villa Rosabaya as a landmark to be aware of the distance from the villa. The wedding and Pool Party will both be held here so getting a villa nearby will make transportation easier.
Tap water is not reccommended for drinking in the Dominican Republic. We suggest bottled water, which would be readily available at hotels or nearby shops/ super markets.
