Guests will need to call and reference McBeining Wedding to receive the discounted price. The cutoff date for the discounted rate is 4/27/2021. You have the option to stay longer. Best Western offers multiple amenities. Price (including tax) Thursday, 5/27/2021: 86.24 Friday, 5/28/2021: 153.33 Cancellation: Guests have up until 72hrs prior to arrival to cancel their reservation in full without penalty.

A shuttle will run every hour from the reception to where you are staying (Best Western, Pinnacle, cabin, etc.). If you are attending the after party, you will be taken to our cabin by shuttle.
