Does the hotel do a shuttle to the venue?

Answer

We will be hiring a transportation company to conduct transportation to and from the venue the night of the ceremony and reception.

How far away is the hotel from the Venue?

Answer

approximately 15 minutes

Is the Ceremony outside?

Answer

Yes! But if it rains it will be moved inside.

What time does the ceremony start? the reception?

Answer

Ceremony starts at 5 ends about 5:30pm and Reception immediately to follow the ceremony.

Do I need proof of COVID-19 vaccination to attend?

As of right now (12.12.2021) no.

Question

I do not see a plus one listed on my invitation, do I have one or not?

Answer

Your invitation may have been addressed to you alone, but once you go to the RSVP page and type in your name there is a space that will ask about a plus one. Please make sure you edit the name of your plus one from "guest" to your plus ones first and last name. IF YOU DO NOT CHANGE THE NAME, IT WILL BE ASSUMED YOU DO NOT HAVE A PLUS ONE! Names will and MUST be printed on the seating chart. NO NAME NO SEAT!

I do not have a space under RSVP to add my plus one, what do I do now?

Answer

Send Cassandra a text message 781-771-7438. There are only so many available place settings, no promises, but Cassandra can check the numbers and try to get you a plus one. Dependent on RSVPs that have been submitted at time of inquiry.

Are there handicap accommodations?

Answer

Yes! There are handicap accommodations at both the hotel and venue. The venue has a golf cart for anyone who might need a lift walking across the 60 acres of property!

What is the terrain like?

Answer

It is mostly grass and a little uneven by the ceremony space with some stone work footing.
