When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please rsvp no later than August 31st. If you rsvp yes, and can no longer come closer to the day, we ask that you please let us know so we can accomodate.

What if I forget to RSVP on time?

Answer

Our RSVP is very time sensitive as we have a strict head count of 200 guests. If you do not RSVP by the day specified, we will assume you are unable to come and your presence will be sincerely missed.

Can I bring a Plus 1?

Answer

All invitations will acknowledge if a Plus 1 is invited per individual.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress code is semi-formal/cocktail attire for both men and women.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes, parking lot is attached to the venue and is walking distance to ceremony/reception barn.

When can we arrive to the venue?

Answer

Guests can arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony begins. Please plan accordingly.

Are there handicap entrances?

Answer

Yes, there is a ramp in front of the barn and a ramp to the ceremony/cocktail area.

Is there transportation?

Answer

Transportation will be provided from the hotel to the venue and back to the venue. There are no Ubers/Lyfts in this area. If you are not using the provided transportation, please plan accordingly.

Are children allowed?

Answer

As much as we love your kiddos and want them to be there, the ceremony and reception are Adult only.

Is smoking allowed? (Cigarettes, vaping)

Answer

There is a designated smoking area next to the parking lot. Please be sure your cigarette butts are disposed of. This includes vapes. Vaping inside is prohibited.

Can I drink during the ceremony?

Answer

No, no alcoholic beverages will be served for the ceremony due to the venues liability and insurances. Please refrain from drinking until the cocktail hour to follow.

Does the bar do shots, on-the-rocks, etc?

Answer

The bartenders are not allowed to provide shots or on-the-rocks. There will be beer, wine and mixed drinks for you to enjoy!

Is there an after-party?

Answer

Yes, the after party will be at the Courtyard Marriot in Coastesville.
