I filled out an RSVP card, but I forgot to include the names of who would be attending or declining. How can I get that information to you?

Question
What do I need to include on the RSVP card?
Answer
Please include the name(s) of those attending or declining and check the appropriate box. It is helpful to have the return address on the envelope as well.
