Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, so are suits and cocktail dresses. Most importantly, we ask that you wear whatever you feel most lucky in.

If we have questions on the day of the wedding, who should we call?

Answer

To take the stress off the happy couple we politely request that you refrain from contacting Cassandra or Matt directly on the wedding day. Should you have any questions or concerns please call or text Kleigh at 518-605-2545. She's got you covered!

How do I get to the wedding venue and will transportation be provided?

Answer

Guests are responsible for finding a ride to the wedding. Public transportation, Uber, Lyft and other ride services are available throughout the city. We'll cover your ride back home! We have arranged for a motorcoach and party bus to pick up our guests from the Lotus House to the Sahara. Return trip will leave The Lotus House at 9 PM.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We ask that all guests arrive by 3:30 PM.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outside. The cocktail hour will be a mix of inside and outside and the reception will take place inside. The average temperature this time of the year in Las Vegas is 55-60°.

Can I take pictures during your ceremony and post to social media?

Answer

The ceremony will be unplugged. We will provide disposable cameras to take photos and leave behind!

What time does the reception end and will there be an after party?

Answer

Reception concludes at 9 PM with provided transportation from the Lotus House back to the Sahara. For the after party we will be meeting at 10:00 PM at the Casbar Lounge in the Sahara.

Is there parking at the wedding venue?

Answer

Lotus House does offer convenient onsite parking for approximately 60 vehicles. Once the parking lot reaches maximum capacity, it will be closed to any additional guests. There is no “overflow” parking for guests, and any vehicles parked in the surrounding community and neighboring businesses, will be towed on the wedding day.
