The Wedding Website of Cassandra Pappas and Jeremy Sheetz
Question

How did you meet?

Answer

Casey and Jeremy both began working as accountants at Packsize, LLC in SLC right as the pandemic began in March 2020. They worked together for four years before beginning to date in early 2024.

Question

How did he propose?

Answer

Jeremy and Casey went on an evening date, during which Casey's sisters and friends set up special decorations at a park near Jeremy's place. After the date, Jeremy "drove back home"... with a small detour. Casey and Jeremy's song is "Paper Rings" by Taylor Swift, which has a chorus "I like shiny things, but I'd marry you with paper rings". so Jeremy proposed with a paper ring (and a shiny thing as well}

Question

Why July 17th?! Its the middle of the week!

Answer

On July 17th, 1976, Casey's parents were married in Mesa, Arizona. Jeremy's parents were married in the Logan, UT LDS Temple. The couple decided to commemorate their parents' weddings by getting married in the Logan Utah temple on July 17th.

Question

Did your coworkers know that you were dating?

Answer

For the most part, no. Casey and Jeremy found that it much more exciting to flirt outside of work hours, so other than the occasional wink or kissy face at each other, they kept work strictly business. Telling their coworkers was fun (and nerve-wracking), especially since they waited until they were engaged, so they weren't just announcing that they were dating--they were telling everyone they were getting married!
