It’s been a long time coming, we’re getting married!

At 18, Cassandra was living life on the edge—which explains how she ended up on an online date at the Barstow Chili’s (yikes is right). After the mandatory "don't kidnap me" meeting with her mom, Esbeldy picked her up and they began a journey that was... let’s just say "scenic" rather than easy. Apparently, the Southwestern Eggrolls worked their magic. By July 25, 2015—just three dates in—Esbeldy made it official. Fast forward ten years of growth, grit, and greatness, and he finally popped the question. Who knew a risky internet click would lead to planning a whole wedding?
