Question

What do I need to bring to the wedding?

Answer

Your beautiful self, dancin shoes/feet, and a good mood! October weather can be unpredictable so please bring a jacket in case it gets cold and umbrella in case it rains. The ceremony is uncovered but reception is covered. A reusable water bottle and cup if you have one! We are trying to make this a very eco friendly event :)

What is the venue like?

Answer

We are getting married under an open air pavilion. If it's windy or rainy the sides can be rolled down. The ceremony is adjacent in the grass with no covering. If rain is imminent we will be holding the ceremony under the pavillion instead. The bathrooms are down a small set of stairs which are uncovered. Handicap access is avaialble, and free parking is on site. Another wedding will be taking place that day, but it is in the barn.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 3:30. We have the venue booked starting at 9AM. The museum is open to wedding guests at a discounted rate of $9.00 if you would like to explore the museum prior to the event. We also recommend exploring town in the morning, it's super cute and the architecture and history is unique.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Thank you so much for your generosity! As we try to live minimally, we aren't making a registry as we have everything we need at this time. In lieu of a registry we would greatly appreciate contributions toward our future life of being parents and investing in a home <3

Is there a dress code?

Answer

No dress code. Wedding Casual. Whatever you feel beautiful and comfortable in! Prepare for colder weather although we don't anticipate it.
